Payment Policies:
- ✓ All private parties require a $100 deposit online to secure the date.
- ✓ Final payment/remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to the party date.
- ⚠️ Please note: We do not accept party payments at the door.
Once your final payment has been submitted, we are unable to issue refunds if your final count changes. For insurance and safety purposes, all guests entering the studio must be included in the paid participant count. Guests may choose to sit out during parts of the event, but they must still be accounted for and signed in as participants.
You will receive a link to add party guests at the rate of $55 per person. Please note that if your final count increases and additional guests do not register using the shared link, a charge of $55 per person will automatically be applied to the card on file for each additional attendee.
